DELIVERY

• Postage and handling to Australian destinations is a flat rate of $9AUD and $15AUD for International.
• Parcels are sent from Brisbane in Australia Post Express Post envelopes.
• On completion of your online order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  This correspondence is simply an acknowledgement that we have received the details of your order.
• Once your order has been approved and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will include a tracking number for your parcel which you can use to track your delivery through Australia Post.
• Caterpillar Boutique endeavours to process and despatch all orders within 48 business day hours of payment being cleared.

• All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

• Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear online however presentation of some colours may vary to the actual garment.

EXCHANGE  POLICY

You may return an on-line purchased item for exchange or refund on the following conditions:

• The item must be in new, unused and unwashed condition and free of body odours. (Items may be tried on but not worn so care should be taken to reduce the risk of make up marks, over-stretching seams and over-stressing zips and clips)
• Caterpillar Boutique tag must be attached in its original position.
• Shoes must be in new and unused condition free of scratches and/or dirty soles.  It is therefore recommended that shoes be tried on a carpeted surface.
• Your request to exchange or refund must be emailed to flauntit@caterpillarboutiquesqld.com.au within 3 days of delivery and returned at customer’s own expense within 7 days of delivery.
• The original receipt, or a copy of it, must be returned with the goods.
